Jim Cahill is the owner and Managing Director of Manager Support Services Limited.

Jim’s passion for making management easier has enabled him to help individuals, families and organizations enhance their effectiveness over the last 20 years. He has served as manager, consultant, trainer and coach during his career. His belief that performance improvement comes from data-based measurement drives him to help clients develop the performance improvement and management capability within their organizations.

After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering, Jim went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant and then moved into manufacturing industry. He gained extensive experience over 14 years working with leading multinational companies in the electronics and healthcare areas. Jim operated at senior management level in the following areas - finance, information technology and business development. In addition, he has led several multi-disciplinary project teams including World Class Management Projects, Total Quality Management Projects, System Selection Projects and a Business Reorganisation Project.

Working as an independent consultant since 1998, Jim has helped owner managers to improve their understanding of business performance and to take action to develop the management team and the business.

A Master Practitioner of NLP, Jim integrates his understanding of individual performance with performance improvement technologies on a solid commercial base.
