Performance Health Check

If you suspect something is not right and you don't know where to start then you may want to take the Performance Health Check. We will spend one or two days, as appropriate, reviewing your business - understanding your key processess, identifying your key performance indicators, reviewing the way your people are organised and analysing the performance information available. We will prepare a report for you setting out the priorities for you to improve performance. These priorities will differ for each situation.

Management Accounting/Controller Services

What keeps you awake at night? The most common reason is not knowing where you stand with respect to your business.  If you want to know how you are doing during your financial year, then this service is for you. We can provide reliable information on a regular basis in a format that is easy to understand.  We're experts at  developing accounting systems and reports.  You get your accounts organized to produce management information and an experienced controller to supervise the production of that information. We can also help you negotiate or renegotiate your overdraft and other banking facilities.

Accounting Systems

Is it time for a Systems Review?  Every 24 months is the suggested timeframe for looking at your accounting systems to see whether it's time to upgrade.  This often provides an opportunity to reduce overall costs and improve the quality of the information you're getting.  We offer 5 services in this area - Systems Analysis, Recommendations on software, Installation of Software, Training your staff members, Ongoing Support.
